On the 29th December 2011,  Egyptian Telecommunication & Technology Minsitry's arm ITIDA signed a memorandum of understanding with IST to be its technology partner, in an investment  of 150 Million Egyptian Pounds in the Egyptian contact center market located in the Maadi Contact Center Park, where the returns could reach upto 1.1 Billion and providing 25,000 jobs.

The memorandum was signed by IST's Vice President Mr. Sherif El Qammash and  Dr. Mahmoud Salem The Minister of the Ministry of Telecommunication and Technology in the presence of the Australian Ambassador Ms. Stephanie Shwabsky
