Founded in Australia in 1995, IST is a dynamic privately held company that offers professional ICT services and bespoke voice, data, video solutions for the enterprise IP communications market. Headquarters in Australia, with Research and Development taking place in Perth and Sydney, IST’s niche is providing state of the art software tools and products that bridge the gap between technology vendors and the integration needs and business objectives of large enterprise customers. IST expanded in the Middle East market in 2002 opening offices in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and became one of the first Cisco Advanced Technology Partners in the region for contact center technology. IST’s vision for innovative services and a drive to make things happen has IST as the top ATP partner in the region, providing specialized IP Contact Center professional services to 5 out of the top 10 financial institutes in the region. IST continued it’s expansion and opened offices in Egypt and UAE.

Working with our strategic partners Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, we have developed a true partnership that allows us to be effective in winning and implementing solutions that has our customers win in their businesses.
