For our customers to benefit from the IST solution as soon as possible, we offer in-house tailored training, certified Partner training and train the trainer. The IST tailored training is usually offered based on the administration, user level and first level support for the solution. We work with the customer during the discovery phase to determine the required outline of courses and the staff resources that require training. Depending on the project's timeframe, we aim to complete the training prior to production implementation.
